Yoko teaches Foundations level classes, choreography, conditioning and tricks classes at all our Bay Area studios. She’s an OG poler, with a unique leggy, bendy, elegant style. In her classes, you’ll always be working with beautiful, classic shapes and flows. While her choreography is usually slow flow, she’s secretly excellent at teaching hard style heels!
