Rent our Spaces for Photo + Video

Bring your wildest imagery dreams to life in our beautiful spaces, designed with photography and videography in mind!

We welcome all kinds of photographers in our studio spaces! Most of our inquiries involve non-commercial shoots (as in, no money is exchanged) with minimal gear (meaning no backdrops or multi-light rigs). Maybe you’re a studio member wanting to bring in a photographer friend to take casual photos together.

However, we also welcome commercial photography in our studios! Scroll down for more information about both types of shoots!

How It Works

Members coordinate with photographers to reserve the space.
Make sure all non-members and photographers have booked into our system and paid. Make some art. It’s that easy!

  • Pole Rental fees do not apply to studio members involved

  • $40/hr photography booking fee

For Studio Members

For Non-Members

  • $30/hr Pole Rental for each person

  • Additional $40/hr photography booking fee

Have your photographer reserve studio space through these links.

Remember to select the room you’re booking into at the top of the page! Many of our studios have multiple rooms.

All non-member guests and participants will need to book their time in the space here:

Non-Commercial Photo+ Video Rental Policies

  • Every person that enters the studio must have created a Kenko account, signed the studio waiver through Kenko, and paid the applicable fees.

  • Paid time begins on the hour. Please book two hours if setup/strike time is needed.

  • This process will reserve two poles’ worth of space.

  • Please be mindful that other members, students, and staff may be training in the space during the shoot.

  • Commercial photography, where students book time slots with the photographer or images will be sold to dancers, should be scheduled through the studio. These policies are designed only for non-commercial, casual photoshoots.

Looking to host a commercial shoot? Get in touch!

We work with commercial photographers on an application basis, for the safety of our community. This allows us to plan ahead to reserve entire rooms or full studios for elaborate shoots with lighting and backdrops. With our standard agreement, the photographer handles booking through their own platform and collects payments. We will promote the shoot to our members through our social media, studio announcements and newsletters, using media provided by the photographer that shows off their style and setup. This model usually operates on an 80/20 revenue split with the studio, with no additional fees for the photographer. We’re also happy to offer one of our staff members as a photo assistant in trade for a slot in the shoot.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any photoshoot request from commercial photographers. Please submit an application with tentative dates and times to our studio manager, and we’ll get back to you shortly.
