San Francisco

Located in the heart of San Francisco’s SoMa neighborhood, the SF location was our first studio.
It features two pole rooms with 8 stainless steel poles each, 6 aerial points, a private pole room with a single pole for individual training, a flexibility room, and a lounge room. We also have a dedicated changing area and a retail space.

This studio has shared, gendered restroom facilities with the building, accessed down a common hallway.

  • The closest cross streets are 8th Street and Folsom Street. We are located above California Carpets and next to Design Plus.

Scroll backwards on the callbox until you see ‘SF Pole & Dance’ and then press the call button once to be buzzed in. Take the elevator to the second floor and then go all the way down the hall and to your left until you see the pink doors!

  • There is metered street parking on numbered streets and 2 hour residential parking on cross streets (Folsom, Harrison, etc.). Please be aware of all parking signs and restrictions and don’t leave anything in your car. Give yourself plenty of time to find parking including on weekends as there are always events going on in San Francisco.

  • There are bike parking racks in front of the studio building. Bikes are not allowed indoors. Scooters and unicycles may be kept in the hallway next to the door. If you feel uncomfortable with putting your scooter in a hallway where you are not able to see it, please do not ride your scooter to the studio.

  • Our SF studio has 45mm hypoallergenic stainless steel Platinum Stages poles.

San Francisco loves to dance with us!

  • This was my first time pole dancing and I felt so bold, confident, and supported. She really cared about each and every one of us finding our own flow and feeling our strongest and best in a new and challenging dance form.

  • The studio space is one of the best I’ve been to in the bay; incredible natural light, high ceilings, ample dance room, and it is always spotless! The community at large is so supportive, students cheering each other on in class, remembering names!!

  • A space where everyone feels welcomed, safe, and at home while getting their butt kicked in a killer workout!
