Our studio is a storefront located right on University Ave. Look for our signage and (at night) colorful lit-up windows! There is metered street parking right out front, and residential parking in the neighborhood around the corner.
From the street, you’ll enter directly into the studio space. We have lockers for your belongings and an all-gender restroom inside the studio space, as well as a separate changing room. There is a filtered water dispenser in the studio space, and we have yoga mats for you to use, or you can bring your own!
Some classes require kneepads or heels. We offer gear rentals that include both for $10, and your first rental is free!
-
The closest cross streets is Sacramento street. We are located on street level; please knock on the door when you arrive to be let in.
-
There is 1 hour metered street parking on University Ave Mon-Sat (free on Sundays) and parking enforcement can be aggressive. There is residential parking on the streets around the studio.
-
There are bike racks in front of the studio for parking and locking bikes. We do not allow scooters or bikes inside of the studio.
-
Our Berkeley studio has a mix of 45mm stainless steel Pole Danzer poles, and 45mm stainless steel Lupit poles with a quick-lock base. All our poles are hypoallergenic.

The group of students and the instructor all created a safe space for an the students, not just us. It was a great workout in a space where I could have fun and laugh with other beginners.
