Autumn is a Foundations and heels choreography instructor at our Oakland and Berkeley studios. She’s always changing it up and working new movement into her warm, sexy flows, so jump into her classes if you need to switch it up. In her choreo classes, you might even play with some edgework! But be prepared to put in work - her students walk out of class ready to stuff their faces and fall asleep to the Netflix “still watching?” screen.
