POLE INSTRUCTOR TEACHER
TRAINING LEVEL 1

Our Pole Level 1 Teacher Training covers a detailed breakdown of our Pole Foundations curriculum including how to effectively teach climbing, inversion preparation, spins, body waves, pole sits, and floorwork. We’ll also go in depth on how to plan and lead an effective warm up, discover who you are as an instructor, best practices for teaching, how to build community, and what we expect of our Pole + Dance Studios instructors.

HEELS CHOREOGRAPHY
TEACHER TRAINING

Our Heels Choreography Teacher Training covers all the elements that you need to create and teach fun and engaging choreography that your students will love. We’ll go over how to break down individual elements, create and teach transitions, chunk your choreography into accessible sections, musicality and groove, and safe heels technique.

ACTIVE FLEXIBILITY TEACHER
TRAINING LEVEL 1

Our Level 1 Teacher Training covers a detailed breakdown of our all levels Active Flexibility curriculum with one day focused on teaching splits and one day focused on teaching backbending. We’ll also go in depth on how to plan and lead an effective warm up, discover who you are as an instructor, best practices for teaching, how to build community, and what we expect of our Pole + Dance Studios instructors.

FLUIDITY + FORCE
HEELS INTENSIVE

Our Fluidity + Force Heels Intensive is a 2 day, 14 hour deep dive into the soft and hard side of heels technique. Day 1 will focus on Fluidity and Day 2 will focus on Force. Both days will include a master class in choreography, a detailed breakdown of eight essential elements that embody each style of heels work, a choreography reboot, and a chance to perform in front of everyone at the intensive
