POLE INSTRUCTOR TEACHER
TRAINING LEVEL 1

Our Pole Instructor Teacher Training is a 2 day, 14 hour training that teachers participants how to effectively warm students up; Pole + Dance class structure and curriculum for Pole Foundations and Pole L2 classes; how to break down, cue, correct, and spot essential movements from those two class levels including climbing, inverting, leg hangs, basic spins, floorwork, and more!

HEELS CHOREOGRAPHY
TEACHER TRAINING

Our Heels Choreography Teacher Training is a 2 day, 14 hour training that teaches participants how to lead a floorwork based warm up that targets muscle groups and movements essential for pole choreography classes; how to cue and break down standard elements used in choreography creation; creating and teaching transitions; and how to create choreography that students will love!

ACTIVE FLEXIBILITY TEACHER
TRAINING LEVEL 1

Our Level 1 Active Flexibility Teacher Training teaches participants how to safely warm up and prepare students’ bodies for flexibility work; break down exercises for front splits, middle splits, and backbending including cue-ing, corrections, common mistakes, and how to give safe spots that encourage students to use their own strength to increase their flexibility; and how to structure an active flexibility class. This is not a yoga or contortion training and focuses specifically on how to safely teach adult students who are new to active flexibility work.

ACTIVE FLEXIBILITY TEACHER
TRAINING LEVEL 2

Our Level 2 Active Flexibility Teacher Training teaches participants how to guide students into advanced flexibility work including needlescales, cheststands, and oversplits. Extra attention is paid on how to safely progress students towards these skills and work on the fine muscle control needed to enter into this skills without pushing or excessive effort. This training is for advanced students and experienced instructors who have a strong foundation in active flexibility work.

LYRA INSTRUCTOR TEACHER
TRAINING LEVEL1

Our Level 1 Lyra Instructor Teacher Training is a 2 day, 14 hour training that teaches participants how to safely introduce students to the world of aerials. We’ll cover equipment safety; aerial specific warm ups; and how to break down and teach the most essential movements from our Lyra L1 curriculum. Focuses include how to make mounting the hoop accessible for all students, breaking down in-hoop movements and transitions, and conditioning on lyra.

FLUIDITY + FORCE
HEELS INTENSIVE

Our Fluidity + Force Heels Intensive is a 2 day, 14 hour deep dive into the soft and hard side of heels technique. Day 1 will focus on Fluidity and Day 2 will focus on Force. Each day starts with a choreography master class that will highlight the most essential movements of each style. Then we’ll break down 8 elements of each style including building blocks and progressions for all levels of student. Students can look forward to working on skating, threads and weaves, kips, fish flops, drop splits, performance quality, and more!
